The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The vertical edges are deckled. There are a few soft creases in places and two further linear creases to the upper half. There are artist's pinholes to the upper corners and faint discolouration to the corners, presumably due to previous hinging. There are a few pinpoint accretions in places to the vertical edges. Subject to the above, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
