The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the colours bright and fresh
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge at left and right
- a few soft and unobtrusive short creases at the right sheet edge in places, a very skilfully short repaired tear at the right sheet edge
- minor surface soiling at the sheet edges in places
- remains of old paper hinges on the reverse, with associated soft skinning in places
- titled in pencil on the reverse
- two adhesive paper hinges above and below at the sheet edges on the reverse
Otherwise as described and in very good condition, framed.
