Sale Overview
Watches Online: The Dubai Edit brings vintage and collectible timepieces to the global hub of Dubai. This season offers a remarkable selection of desirable Patek Philippe watches, including the rare platinum Ref. 5002P Sky Moon Tourbillon — one of the finest ever made by the venerable Swiss watchmaker.
A superb lineup of baguette-set Patek Philippe, featuring a possibly unique Ref. 3990 with a grey dial, and the Ref. 5004P split-seconds chronograph lead our collection of modern complications. The auction also includes an assortment of high complication wristwatches from independent watchmakers who changed the industry, with three Gérald Genta Grand Sonnerie timepieces and early F.P. Journe wristwatches with rhodium-plated brass movements.
The vintage section showcases icons like the Rolex Submariner ‘Big Crown’ Ref. 5510, a Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 1665 ‘Patent Pending’, an oversized Universal Genève pilot’s chronograph, and more. Headlining this section is a well-preserved Rolex Dato Compax Rolex, Ref. 6036, circa 1952.
Elsewhere, we bring a medley of vintage watches with a regional relevance, including vintage Rolex Day-Date models with Arabic numerals or featuring the official crests of regional royalty or armed forces, an MB&F LM1 M.A.D. Dubai limited edition and a Richard Mille RM 010 MBZ Abu Dhabi Grand Prix edition.
Book an appointment between 24 March and 8 April to view these watches in our gallery at the Gate Village 5, Podium Level, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
